Yes you do. Not sure how you have a 12 second car and don't know this . You can leave the 95-96 lights on it, but there will be major gaps between the bumper and lights. Looks like shit.

I ran 12s long before I even LOOKED at my bumber cover or headlights

well ive only owned my first dsm for about 2 months now
oh and are the headlights direct fit too?
