left parking brake on, oops

Tonight I drove approx. 3miles with my parking brake on. When I got home it the brakes smelled. Did I seriously damage anything? My parking brake still works however when on an incline I have to push the brake to the last click to stop it from rollng and then it will stay put well. What should i do?? Thanks

Re: left parking brake on, oops

I'm willing to bet you didnt damage anything. I've driven well over 15 miles with my parking brake on by accident, on more than one occasion. The only thing it really did was wear out my parking brake. what should you do? Just make sure you press it all the way down on hills, and make sure you turn it off when you drive, and thats about it lol.
