Murdered by a Firebird TA WS-6

On my way home from work about 9:35(ET) i really didnt feel like going home the usual way and took a run down DW highway to see if i can find anyone to cure my craving for racing...I saw no "worthy" cars on the first run so i reversed directions at the jug handle...I was just cruising along looking for cars when i spotted red honeycomb taillights that belonged to a Firebird Trans AM...we both caught the oncoming red light and he must of noticed me behind him because he quickly cut over to he right of me..I pulled up beside them....The F-bird had the t-tops off and the driver looked at me and said "Mustang V6 eh?"....I replyed with a smug.."yup,but with an intake!!".Almost too quickly the light turned green and i spun my rear tires as i got about 10 feet ahead of him before he roared past me instantly gaining about 3-4 cars ahead of me.....KNowing fully that i stood absolutly no chance i still pursued him just for the hell of it... he had to slow down because there was a car infront of him..I took this to my advantage and sped up because i had a clear lane....

It didnt take long for him to catch up and zip right past me again...As the light turned red again i asked the guy if he had the "Ram-air" option and he replyed with a "fuck yeah". I replyed with "305HP??? and he was like,"fuck no way more than that!!" Hoping that we would go again....He suddenly got pissed and cut over to the right lane and onto the ramp onto the highway....I decided not to toy with it anymore and drove home..quite satisfyed that i got a good ass-whooping

Re: Murdered by a Firebird TA WS-6

I love Trans Ams. I owned an old 85 Trans Am. My first car. V8 of course. But then my sister blew the engine thinking that she knew all about racing. Well, RIP ol' Tranny. Great Death. I would take a death from a TA any given day of the week. I love the sound of their mean V8. Late...

Well most LS1 F-bodies that have been dynoed stock net 290-310 HP TO THE WHEELS! GM underrated them so that sales of the LS1 Vette wouldn't be hurt. In reality they should be rated at like 335-350 HP to the crank. Not the 310-325 they are rated. (except the 2002 Anniversary edition F-bodies are rated 345 )

No no, that's not how it happened. He drove home, got in his echo and beat the WS6 while towing the Mustang with his echo.

I'm surprised he bothered to race a V6 Mustang. They are rated at 325hp, underrated at that.

Re: Murdered by a Firebird TA WS-6

ohh wait my bad, first your turned the supercharger on to spool up the turbo and then had your turbo produce 30PSI of boost on your new Geo Metro and you just smoked the guy. Afterwards you told him he was lucky u didnt use your 200Shot of NNAAWWSSS. And i still cant believe he jumped a draw bridge, thats just crazy. This one time in Need For speed underground a guys like hey lets race so im like hey ok and then this bridge wasnt down all the way and we had to jump it, so i hit the NAWS on my RX7 and flew over it, while the other guy forgot to purge so he didnt get instant naws and didnt make the jump and then he flew into the side of the bridge and landed in the water and then afterwards his car appeared int he middle of the screen again and it was blinking and i couldnt run into it so i thought maybe he was just lucky and god wanted to save his life so he did. -LOL longest sentence ever!

Fixed it...amazing how much exaggerating a few words changes the story.
