Angry rotor/timing?

i had the screw that holds the rotor onto the distrubtor shaft break while the car was warming up in idle and was unable to get the broken piece of the screw out to replace it so i bought some liquid steel epoxy to fasten the rotor back onto the shaft of course it is in the correct postion that it should be. now the engine turns over but will not start, could the timing be thrown off now because because of the rotor going where ever it wanted to while the car was running when it broke? i am getting some spark through the wires. this a 91 acura integra. thanks
could the timing belt have jumped because of the rotor problem?
im stuck at a loss here tring to get to work. please help me.
