Yes they can try and take it back, but they have to pay $2.5k minimum to even lodge a complaint. Many companies settle for $1k.

I could get 1k settlement fairly easily.

It's not as quick and easy and you think. It can take weeks, so settlements are quite common.

American Express of all people tried to get AmexOnline.com from me, but they didn't get it. I psyched them out. They just crawled away with their tail between their legs.
