Angry Trouble shifting

Recently it's really getting hard to get into gear with my car... it's a 99 RS with 110k on it... I'm not very good with cars so I was wondering what could be the problem? ... it's especially hard to get into first gear.. and shifting into other gears I feel a 'grind'. Could it be the tranny oil, clutch, gears, syncronizers.. etc etc...
If anyone has any suggestions or advice I'd appreciate it.

you sure you got your foot all the way on the clutch .

lol, j/k has the clutch been changed on the car at all. If not now would be a good time to do that. Around 90-100 is were you want to change your clutch.

Good Luck!

Re: Trouble shifting

no, its probably the synchros in the transmission, if it was the clutch it would be slipping or hard to let the clutch out without jerking, not being hard to shift.
