93 olds tansmission?

my 1993 olds was driving fine yester day, i woke up and tried to go to work to find out the something wasn't lertting it go in to gear, any help on this subject/

Look under the hood. I had the same problem with my '94. After having it towed to a transmission shop I found out that it was a blown fuse. Look in the fuse box on the passengerside under the hood. It's a 20amp fuse. I hope this is your problem too because it's a quick & cheap repair. Good luck

when diagnosing a trans problem, always check the fluid first, if theres nothing in it it wont move!

I had similar trouble .. changed transmission oil/ filter .. flushed old oil .. added detergent (through mechanic ofcourse) .. still it gives similar troubles when i start it in every (cold) morning ... Thing works is put it in neutral and then in Drive .. works always .. But this is not the solution .. I hope i dont have to change my transmission .. Poor student .. Thnx everyone .. PG
