My passanger side headlight lens is discolored...what is ht best wat to cleanit to have a clear lens. I have tried rubbing compound but no luck...

i was told that mothers mag & aluminum cleaner will work - im in the process of trying it out...and will let you know how it goes

ebay product
I am trying a product that i found on Ebay called lens restore. It claims to remove the yellow and hazy color on the front of the lens. I will post pics of before and after and you can be the judge.

basically, watersand them with 600, then ultrafine watersandpaper. then wipe with rubbing alcohol on a clean cloth & get a can of krylon clear GLOSS enamel & put 3 light, but adequate coats,followed by a hairdryer to bake, but not too hot , so it doesnt crack the enamel surface. it will look like NEW. i have done this several times on many cars. total cost, less than $4.
