89 s 10 blazer instrument cluster

can i update the inst cluster in the 89 s 10 blazer it has the ribbon looking gauges in it and i prefer the nice round looking factory gauges with a real pointer needle, like the 95 96 silverado gauges, what would work in the 89. also i want to put the spare tire inside the blazer instead of on the swing away carrier on the back, are there a kit i can buy where i can mount it upright on the inside of the blazer on drivers side. i see alot with the spare inside like that, with it laying in the back floor i dont have any room for anything back there, don
