check out www.3kgtmotorsports.com for headers. They run a few hundred around 500 for regular, an extra 200 for jet-hot coatings. But go to www.3si.org and do a forum search under Front Wheel Drive. I've been thinking about headers for my 93 Base DOHC, and what i've found is that most are crap, and most of all they don't yield much performance gains. You're best bet would be to get a downpipe, high flow cat/testpipe. Our NA engines need backpressure, so if you just dump your exhaust or upgrade, you're gonna loose low-end torque, but gain some high-end horsepower. Give a little, take a little. As compared to a forced induction engine, those don't need much backpressure at all, that's why an upgraded Borla, Flowmaster, Greddy, etc exhausts do yield significant gains in performance. Good luck header hunting!

Re: Headers

yeah i got 2.5" custom piping from behind the catalytic converter to a flowmaster 40 dual outlets then 2.25" custom piping to some nice borla tips. And i felt a huge hp gain.

Yo, 3Kgt, if you get those headers let us know how they work out man. I suggest you wrap them up in heatwrap too, a buddy of mine melted his fan shroud cause of the excess heat.
