need some help

hey, i got a 94 pgt, and it's been acting up all of a sudden, i know i need a new knock sensor, but it wouldn't have anything to do with this. i can drive it for about 10 minutes, then it will die on me and not start back up for about an hour. it's a pain, i was thinking it was fuel related, maybe a bad fuel pump, but i don't know it started when i was going down the interstate doing 80 at 4000 rpm's. maybe it's got something to do with the thermostate? if some one could help me that would be great.

Well Im not to sure on the probe's but my first quess would be the coil pack Im thinking about buying a probe is there anything I sould know befire I buy it ?

hey stinkin lincoln. well with my probe ive put about 1300 in for repairs, and ive had it for about 6 months. then again i bought it for 1600, with a check engine light. but it's a good car. and i found out what the problem was, it was a bad distributer, the second one ive replaced, but it was covered under warrenty so it's good. any way the main thing i don't like about the probe is the fact it runs at 4000 rpm's going 80 in 5th gear. but other than that i like it. ok ttyl
