Lightbulb Laptop 4 Car Program??

HEy Guyz i went to the local drag strip(qualcomm stadium)and i saw this guy with a camaro and in the passanger seat he had a mount and on it he had his laptop and it had his tach on the screen and his 1/8 mile time and all this other stuff and i was wondering if u guyz would know what this program is??I want to get it?!!?Cuz my dad has an IBM laptop sittin around that pretty decent u know so i want to put it to use if i can if u guyz could let me know ASAP<><>thatd be Great!?!?
