Question Two mufflers???
On my MK III, there is two mufflers. Im pretty sure that the first one is a resonator. If it is, can i cut it out to make my jetta louder and still pass smog?

Most states allow anything past the second O2 sensor or "cat back" systems. Remember some states have decibel limits.
