C.A.R.B.# on a 95 eclipse???????

C.A.R.B.# stands for California Air Review Board

my friends 95 eclipse passed the emissions test but now they're for that # which is the numbers for the intake to say it makes it legal?

where do you find such a thing? any help would do thanks!

ok here man, California Vehicle Code (CVC) 27156 which states that you cannot modify your car in the area of the emission control system. The C.A.R.B. E.O. number allows you to legally install and use an intake system on your car.

so do you get that number from the state? or how does that work. the problem here is that she needs the number to present it i guess. i've heard of this method. i've always just taken my cars to get smogged. i had an s13 stock wih a filter charger and it passsed no problems.
