alarm sensitivity problem

i have the viper 300esp... everytime a car drives by the damn thing goes off. i cant get no damn sleep and now ppl are starting to complain, is there anway turn the sensitivity down?

you want to turn the sensativity down... and my car is the same way... but i dunno if there is anything we can do about it

the VIPER 300ESP has a built in shock sensor. there is a adjustment knob on the side of it.counter clock wise is less sensitive, clock wise is more.

CODE ALARM tech support. I used DEI for 10 years, know it well.
