Puzzling Starting Problem

Hey guys, I have posted on here before regarding my 94 ranger having a starting problem.... here is my post...

I have replaced the IAC and i actuall brought it too the garage on monday to get put on their machine.. It poped up no errors, the garage is also puzzled... any ideas?? thanks
