Re: Chrome and drop

1. chrome wheels are ugly
2. 18 inch wheels = a turtle civic
3. any modification to your suspension should be checked for camber and toe issues...................1.5 = get a camber kit.

Re: Chrome and drop

It's really a matter of opinion. Some people like it others don't. I believe you should do what you like.

And anything lower than a 2" drop you should get a camber kit.

Ok, let me rephrase.

1. I personally think chrome wheels are EXTREMELY Ugly.
2. 18 inch wheels will make you slower.
3. Any modification to your suspension should ALWAYS be checked for camber and toe issues.

Well i have seen some hondas with chrome wheels and they don't look bad.
Plus i see everyone at the college i go to, San Diego State, with the same tired racing wheels, everyone has the same style, so if i prefer to look different.

By the way does anyone know if EXEL wheels are good??

Re: Chrome and drop

You want chrome rims to look different? Why not just wipe cow shit on your hubcaps, that will be "different", and a lot cheaper!

Go put your blingy 18's on a caddy or something, not even a Honda deserves that bs.

Re: Chrome and drop

HAHA....i always seem to get the same response from honda people.
Don't worry i wouldn't put chrome on my honda, on a BMW i would. I have chrome 18's on my S-10 but thats different.

I have a Dark Blue 04 honda...what color rims would look nice?
Maybe one of the ones with a different color lip?/
I would appreciate any suggestions.

Can you imagine seeing some silver Enkie RS6s on an Impala? What would the Impala community say? Why? Same concept with chrome on civics
