95 GA fuse?

[GASE 95]

hey, like a lot of people i have a cell phone that i often plug into my cigarette lighter in my car. When i pulled it out a penny fell into the lighter and sparks and smoke flew and now neither it or my door locks work. I checked the fuses cuz thats the only logical thing i can think of that may have happend but i see no blown fuses at all. Any ideas?

...My Granddaughter has the same problem/result with her 95 about ever other month. Go back and look at the fuses again, I can't remember which one it is (its on the upper right side), but one of thoes is blown (15 amp).
