What does everybody think about bodykits? Think its a nice touch to a car or just plain tacky? voice up.

Depends on the car and what style of bodykit. simple side skirts and front and rear valences make a car look lower to the ground and and can improve the overall look of the car. However, the huge ones that you always see on civics with huge air openings just look stupid IMO.

Just as codave said, they look good if its nice and clean but when they take it too far with the big air openings then it looks really stupid.

Im wanting to get my car kitted to look like a 9-3 Viggen.

Looks are subjective. There are some body kits that are just plain tacky and some that compliment the car well.

Re: Bodykits

The bodykit, completely depends on the car and the kit, there are some that look fantastic and others that look oh so wrong.

Re: Bodykits

I think it all depends on the kit...then again there cars that don't need a kit

the right kit on the right vehicle with the right attitude of driver I do like...but the circumstances most kits are used in I do not like...if you are stock and wanna look unique thats cool, and if you know aerodynamics of your car and in general and know what you really are doing than thats cool as well........but other than that, your a moron
