5-speed conversion

a friend of mine wants to convert his automatic to a 5-speed. what parts will he need to do so on his 98 civic? ECU,pedal assembely,tranny,shift linkage. am i mising anything?

However, it would be easier to sell his car, and buy one with a 5-speed.
