Question E36 Clutch adjustment?

How do I adjust the clutch on my E36 320i?
I want it to catch a bit lower...

Thanx in advance

Im not sure i quit understand what your talking about, but you could get a clutch stop, that will make your shifts alot quicker because the clutch catches right when you begin to let the clutch out, the clutch stop is adjustible to fit how much play you want.
