94 grand am power windows

Hello all im new here.
i have a 94 grand am GT 2 door, both the driver side and passenger windows go down but not up, the passenger side motor is new less than 2 months old this occured at the same time today, hope there is no rain predictions, i can foresee one motor giving out but not two in the same span of a few moments as for voltage surge possible but not probable( other running systems would have been affected) i have cheap haynes manual (toilet paper for most) and i believe i may have a wiered transition vehicle as far as a schematic, i have not pulled the switches or door panels to do any voltage checks yet until i see every ones response before i waste my time,is there a timer control in the circut? witch i believe there is because if you hold the drivers side switch for a few miliseconds longer than momentary the drivers side window will go all the way down without finger to switch contact but not shown in the 94s haynes schematic or discount autoparts inventory, HMMM
