i'm having a similiar problem - i bought fog lights and wired them into my headlights so they turn on when the headlights do. ever since i did that - usually 5 minutes after i turn them on they start to flicker, causing the headlights and fog lights to both flicker on and off. i too checked the ground and the power wire connection and all seems ok.
i even put in an in ground fuse, but it still happens. so we're both having the same problem. any suggestions???

the other day i was messing with it because the interrior lights were having an issue too.. so i messed with the toggle switch.. and that seemed to get the interrior lights better.. so now i'm going to completely tear the dash apart and get a good look at the switch.. maybe there is a loose connection there..

Re: 94 explorer

Re: 94 explorer

I also have a 94 Explorer XLT that has flickering headlights.
I would like to know what you've figured out so far...

Thanks,
