E320 Climate Controls

I have a 1999 E320. What combination of settings do I need to allow fresh air from outside in through the vents?

I'm not sure if I fully understand the question. As long as you aren't recirculating the air you are getting fresh air through the vents. If you just want the outside air to come in then just push the AC OFF button.
