Best Tuning For a APexi VAFC

Hey, I just installed a V-AFC in my 95 Civic EX. I'm not too much of an expert when it comes to tuning things. I know about bolt ons and such but computers and chips are different. So my question: Is there anyone who has tuned one of these and what are the best settings to get the most horsepower out of this unit? I don't want to take my car in to the shop to have some mechanics working on my car for hours, just to tune it and have me pay some ridiculous price. Well, hope someone can help me out.

P.S. Don't tell me to go to the website. I just want to know what settings to set my car at to get the most horsepower. Thanks!
