rs vs se-r

my friend is goin to get an 02 SE-R soon. i would like to talk shit to him cuz i dont like that car but before i do can anyone tell me if my rs would beat him. all i got is an AEM CAI and an exhaust that i dont kno what it is but its not stock (bought it wit the car and been to lazy to get down and take a look), and his car is stock.

about the same weight...
ser: 165 hp
RS: 147 +intake+exhaust
i'm going to say it'll be EXTREMELY close race...u might pull ahead, but don't talk ne shit unless you blow his doors off, all the SER's i've seen are autos...i iddn't think they came in 5 speeds...stay away from it if its a spec-V
