Wow, can you guess what this is?
Can anybody guess what this is?
   Give up? It's a CRX DX, w/ RX7 turbo and intercooler, dual point fuel injection, pushing close to 180hp at the wheels... Pretty crazy right? I met this dude a couple of months ago at a local civic meet. He's got a list of mods in that thing longer than my arm too! I asked him "WHY have you still kept the dual point fuel injection???" he was like "I wanted to try something different." He's got everything he needs for the mpfi conversion though, he's just doing a bunch of work on the intake manifold before he puts it on, and he said he can't decide what kind of injectors he wants to use.... and this is not his main car to modify, so he's in no hurry either.... but I was like "Wow" when I saw this odd ball of an engine.

that air filter looks way close to that timing belt...what is that a z6 or y8 with dpfi... what the hell did he do to it...give us a list

lol wow, that sure is something different. Vtec head (could be a 1.6 block too or a minime) with dpfi AND turbo
