rubbing sound accelerating from stop
Recently I've been noticing a rubbing sound as my clutch engages in 1st gear. This sound is only present for a split second when I go from a stop, slowly. If I release it quickly, it won't make that sound.
Now to describe the sound specifically, it is like the whirring sound hondas make when you go in reverse. nea nea nea sound. Is this something that I should be worried about? |

chattering
sounds like your clutch is 'chattering'. buy a haynes manual at autozone or advance for $15 and it will walk you thru diagnosing and fixing the problem. provided you have the tools and brain.
