Factory Stereo

What is the output for the factory stereo on a 99 sunfire? I am going to be in the market for a new one. Since my LED is not working and there is no CD player, I thought the best option would be to just replace it with something new. I am fine with the volume that comes out of the factory stereo, I just dont want to replace it with something that has less power.

Not sure on the wattage of pre-2000 models, but since 2000 Pontiac has been putting 200W systems into the Sunfires.

I would assume that it is 25 x 4
200 watts....thats alot considering one 5-1/4 in mine handles that much.

200 watts lol not even with the monsoon system let just say they are 25watts by 4
