I currently own a 97' Civic HX and I was wondering what I can do to it (Intake, exhaust, etc..) without putting in a new engine. I normally wouldn't ask but HX's use SOHC VTEC-E (as someone corrected me in a much earlier post
) and I'm not sure if those are upgrade friendly.Sorry for the newbie question. |

FAQ my man
![]() You can add an intake and exhuast - not sure on headers. Also a simple like 45-shot nitrous kit will work. You can also do lots of suspension work. I know of a guy that hit low 15s in his HX with only intake and exhuast!

The CVT is a beautiful thing but low 15's is pushing it.
