Re: wont go into reverse in morning
that is very common. i remember from my auto mechanics class, that all gears have "blocks" attached to them that stop the disc from spinning when u shift into gear. Hence, no girning etc. The reverse gear does not have this "block", so u have to shift into first gear for the block to stop the spinning, and then comfotably into reverse. I know 100% that my logic is correct, but i have forgotten what the disc was called and the names given to these "stopper blocks". Joe, Kevin...?

Re: wont go into reverse in morning
All I know is that reverse doesn't have a synchro gear, so it can be harder to get it in. Extremely common.
