GS Spyder
at first i was looking into GSXes but they are just too rare to find with what i want, and for a low price. But I found this car, its a 1996 GS Spyder. I heared somewhere that spyders had a bigger engine(2.4l).
Would a turbo go in easy or not. I want a GSX but cant find, I want a GST but cant afford and the GS Conv seems nice. Thanks for all the input!

Get a GST spyder. I owned the 4g64 GS spyder for 2 years before I got sick of it and traded mine in for a turbo. The 2.4 has more torque but is very slow. They can be made very fast, but that will cost you more cash than making a stock 4g63 fast. A DOHC conversion custom exhause mani, etc etc...www.4g64.com
PLUS if you live in CA and some other states, and u get puled over and the cop sees on your registration that your car is a GS and not a GST, he will make you REMOVE you turbo!! This happened to the guy who bought my 4g64 and turboed it , 2 months ago. Just get a turbo spyder.

the spyder just has a bigger engine that makes more torque and no more hp because the spyder is alot heavier.

seriously..... i hate the salt and everything from up here in ny but at least we dont have crazy regulations/restrictions..... but i suppose as long as you dont get pulled over youll be ok...
