how do i get the Radio out?of my (2000) 523i it is a bit like this one in the pic

because if i sit in the middle the life speaker works ok but the right one doe's not work at all

pull off the volume button, then use a torx screwdriver to take off the controll panel. then unscruw two hexagon below the radio (screw until it stopps). Then the radio is loose.
