1988 ranger electric shift 4x4

is there any way to maneuly lock the transfer case as the electric 4x4 switch doesnt work . this is are bush buggy.4 wheel all the time is ok

Im not sure about if there is a manual way to lock an auto tcase, but you could attempt to clean all of the connections, and rebuild it. Also depending on what tranny and engine combo you have, you could put in a manual tcase. I sold a m50d-1 with a borg warner 1354 to a guy for 300 bucks. Becasue his auto tcase wouldnt lock up in the snow.
