skyline grt question

i was just wondering, why is the skyline gtr in some cases better and more expensive than the new skylines? and im not talking about the moded gtr's just the ones straight from the showroom. you would think the new skylines would be better rather then worse? whats the deal with that?

Re: skyline grt question

Apples to apples, buddy. Keep in mind there is no current GT-R. The non-GT-Rs out right now are better than the prevous GT-Rs in some areas, but they obviously weren't meant to totally supercede them.

It's like comparing BMW's newer E46 330ci to the older E36 M3. They both have about the same power, but the M3 is still much better, because it's an M3. Only the E46 M3 is the model that improves on it.

It's the same way with the GT-R. The next GT-R will be the one to improve on the previous ones. The non-GT-Rs out right now are probably among the best ever produced.

Re: skyline grt question

The new skylines aren't race-bred monsters like the GT-R's but are just family sedans with an engine under the hood to brag about

Re: skyline grt question

The G35 is the Skyline, so maybe you seen those. Thats what they mean by new Skylines. The G35s are new Skylines, and I know you seen those.
