Suspension, shocks??

Hello. i have a 94 p71 with 121,000 miles. the car is in good condition cept this. whenever i hit a bump, or a dip, i hear rattles and clunks from the front and rear of the car. any1 know what it might be, like the suspension? im puttin on breaks 2moro so what would i look for to see if its the suspension? thanks

If it's coming from the back and the front, sounds like the springs might need done. I'm more inclined to say that you need new shocks, but it's been my expereience that the shocks don't go in all 4 spots at once, it's the front OR the back not both....

I'd have both looked at and see. Hope that helps!

Yeah, now i am experiencing a rough ride now, and every little bump i hit i hear a clunk, so im prob gonna get them done in a week or two, i just got finished with the calipers and rotors and pads.

It could be shocks as well as sway bar end links. Very common wear item on these cars. With yours being a 1994, change them too.

If the rattles and clunks stop with your foot on the break, your break pads on the cylinder side need a touch of silicone
