Exclamation Clutch

Ok.. my clutch in my 1991 S-10 just went out.. so i replaced the clutch.. it doesnt work. all it will do is when i push in the clutch nothing happens like its not even there.. i can put it in gear and crank the truck and it will move in when ever gear i try. i thought it was the clutch master clinder but i was wrong i replaced it and bleed it and now just doing the same thing.. I would like a list everything that i might have missed up.. I'm pretty unhappy right now and thinking about burning it to the ground.. thanks for any help..

Re: Clutch

Real hard to diagnose this. I'd guess the clutch fork didn't get on the pivot ball right or maybe you got the clutch disc in backward. This is usually marked "flywheel side" on the disc though. Good trucks, don't burn it just yet.

Re: Clutch

Did you check the clutch hydraulic fluid for low levels?

Have you done a clutch swap before?

Did you use a manual?

Re: Clutch

Ok.. umm i dont know about the clutch fork maybe you can explain that a little better to me. The clutch disc is in right, yes it does say fly wheel side. umm the fluid i'm not that much of a dumb ass but thanks.. and no i have never dont it before.. I know the CLutch master clyder is good. and now i know the slave clyder is good. dont know what else could be wrong.. Do you think its the throw out bearing or something..
