new guy here

this is the car i bought for $8000. 99 gs non turbo (for now) 68k miles,
i feel like a shmo driving it right now cause it looks faster than it is. but buying it this way saved me alot of time and money for parts that i would have eventually gotten anyway. but i want everyones opinion even the ones that think i am dumb for buying it.
so far greedy headers, cat-back exaust, CAI and all the suspension kits not much else done to engine but im definatly going to fix that. cant be rolling around just looking the part. but like i said it saved me $ IMO.
here are the pics

not my choice of color but will have to do for now till i finish the engine upgrades.
as you can see nothing to special under the hood

ok give it to me what ya think?

hold up, are you Brian from F&F?

j/p, welcome to AF man. Car looks nice, at little to ricey for me. If you think you can sell it, then sell it towards next summer (buying season), then get yourself a gst/gsx. With 8 grand your bound to find one. Anyways congrats on the buy and welcome to AF!

99s always go for more being the last year. 99 turbo cars, especially GSXs, still go for ridiculous prices.

Re: new guy here

Looks pretty good, but It's too much for me. If it were a different color I would be OK with it, but the spoiler really doesn't do it for me. I'd paint it like G35 tropical blue and use a 99 turbo spoiler. Wheels are decent looking. Overall a pretty nice looking car to be driving. Everyone will think it's fast except those who have turbo dsms

yeah ill probably change the spoiler its getting on my nerves and i definatly plan on a diff color lol that green is to damn bright but im going to work on the engine first. like i said i feel like a idiot with the outside hooked up and barely anything under the hood but its only temporary till my friend and i get the engine right. might not have the speed right now but at least the ladies that dont know the diff like it lol
