Looking for someone w/91 JDM Accord

I new to AA. I own a 91 Accord LX with 2150 cc SOHC all stock. I wanted to find out if anybody has done a full JDM conversion on this particular model. Pics and parts list would be nice

I gues nobody wants to be of any help. I think there needs to be some forum bashing.

Re: Looking for someone w/91 JDM Accord

Why is it that people with posts in the single digits all want to complain when they don't get the answers they want (or quickly enough)?

Maybe nobody (who can help, and has the time to put together all you ask for) has read your post.

We're VOLUNTEERS, for goodness sake. You can't DEMAND assistance! I've posted a few times in the past and gotten few (or useless) answers, but I didn't whine about it.

You know I wasn't demanding a reply. I just thought this forum would get alot more hits than it did. Considering something like 40 people viewed it and You only responded sounds kinda crappy.

Re: Looking for someone w/91 JDM Accord

I view plenty of posts which I can't usefully respond to. That doesn't mean a thing. I don't feel an obligation to answer every question I read (and you and everyone else should be glad of that --- I also hang out at forums where people DELIGHT in giving redundant and stupid responses).

Unless automotiveforums starts charging "per view" I imagine that will continue to be the case.

You may not literally have demanded a reply, but (unless your post was firmly tongue-in-cheek, in which case you should have made that clear) your post was pretty in-your-face, especially the bit about

You joined the forum a couple of days ago. You posted in ONE thread (your own) at the Accord group. I suggest you "lurk" for a while, and try to get a feel for the way the group functions before you level criticism.

Well sorry for bothering you. I did a search and found nothing on a 91 Inspire and wanted some help. Don't think I just came barging in without doing some reasearch.

Sorry to all! I am used to another forum. One where even if one of the thousands of members doesn't know an answer, they direct me in the right way. Sorry to come off hard headed.

Re: Looking for someone w/91 JDM Accord

I just thought of something. In one of the threads some weeks ago (which evidently Callook didn't find) there was reference to an e-Book that describes the H22 conversion in great detail. If I were in the upgrading market, which I'm not, I 'd want that book.

Can anyone post the URL again?

Why don't you try searching for it. Somebody told me that once.

Re: Looking for someone w/91 JDM Accord

If "I" were the one wanting it, then I would!

My reaction (probably unwarranted) was the to the little snippet you put in the middle of your apology -

That struck me as another, well, less-than-complimentary observation.

Anyway - enough already. Try your search with "H22." You'll get a ton of threads, but ONE of them makes reference to that e-Book.
