want start and no headlights

I have a 89 g20 with a 350 motor,this is the second time the van died on me.the engine will turn but wont start and the headlights,horn,radio wont come on but the interior lights,turn signal comes on .i put a new battery in and still nothing.

Sounds to me like blown fuses.

Check fusible links at the starter

Sounds like the ignition switch may be bad. Check circuits with a test light. My guess is that they aren't getting juice.
