Re: Need Rim Advice

actually i dunno, i think the black Z06 rims would look pretty damn good, just get your brake calipers powdercoated red (no paint, powdercoat for the love of god.) dont suppose you have the four wheel disks do ya? if youhave rear drums, i dunno, you might want to leave the rear drums black or something to hide them, powdercoated or painted drum brakes never look good, and just scream rice. but if you are gonna run black rims, you absoulutely have to run raised white lettering on the tires, to make it look good.

Re: Need Rim Advice

I love the Z06 wheels but black is for ricerockets IMO. I think silver or chrome would be alot better and I agree that you need to do something to make the drums less noticable.

Re: Need Rim Advice

black rims actually look really good. in fact im looking to put a set of chrome torque thrust II's on my IROC with the spokes powder coated black, but the center cap, lugnuts, and outter rim left shiny chrome.

Re: Need Rim Advice

Black Z06 would look awesome, or graphite...If you want aftermarket look at fikse if cost doesn't matter or intro if cost does matter...If i could fit the Z06 wheels on the front of my car i would but the thinnest Z06 wheel i can find is a repo that is 8.5 and widest i think i can fit is 8 (and the Z06 would require a HUGE spacer).

If it's the car then I mean the rims that come on the i-roc camaro's.
