PLEASE Need HELP!! on 85s10Blazer2.8

I need Help!, when i start my car the engine will run and somtimes when i start driveing it will coast to a stop and all it will do it rev. and when i push it home i try throwing it into gear and all its doing is reving (wont move or nothing) I wou,ld really appreciate help on this PLEASE!!! i dont kn ow if its Trans problems and torque converter or what

Have you checked the tranny linkage to make sure the column selector is actually changing the gear?

Have you checked the tranny fluid?

Don't just post that you truck is broke. We can't help you without the information on what you have done to it in the past.

i have checked the trans fluid its normal and clean the linkage is good and early i tried throwing into gear again i got into gear and just coasted again to a stop . Its an Automatic,.....


BUT i looked under the front end today and i saw something that it didnt look like it was suppose to be hanging , it looks like a brace bar or something and i cant find it in the manual, ill get a pic of tomorrow and maybe u can help, i found where it is suppose be (maybe) but not quite sure, and the closest mechanic it 12miles away(one long ass push hehehe.)

i just bought it a month ago , the guy before had the seals changed in the tranny due to a leak and it doesnt link anymore thats all i know about what has been done to the blazer as of yet

You better take this back to the guy and get your money back.

This truck sounds like it is going to cost a lot.
