Sohc Vtec

I just wanna know if all Honda Accord EX's come with a SOHC VTEC motor, cuz Im looking at an EX right know, but I don't know if it has VTEC or not? Thanks

I don't think the EX's were VTEC as early as '94.

All 6th + generation accords have VTEC

the 5th (94-97) only the EX 4cyl models have VTEC

Exactly, Except the V6 models for the 5th generation (94-97) They were a V6 NON VTEC. The 4cyl EX were the only VTEC

Starting with the 6th gen (98-02) that's when whey made every Accord with a SOHC VTEC. Except the DX model which were a 135hp NON VTEC

And Starting with the 7th generation (03+) All 4cyl. Accords were DOHC VTEC while the V6 models were SOHC VTEC
