Another Leak in 1994 Caravan !!

I had water getting into the van, started in front driver's side, and I found the problem. The seal around the hood release cable was gone.

Now I open the van today and the area inside the sliding door is very wet. When I look behind the middle bench, I can see a pool of water in the center of the floor.

Any suggestions..

found water leaking in around back side windows but not sure how to seal it. Suggestions
