Side Skirts, please help

i bought a fiberglass body kit, because i really liked that body kit in yellow, which my car is now. my car had abeen in an accident before i bought it and when i had my shop b\put on the side skirts, they said they didnt want to because there would be rubbing on my right door. he told me to get the clip on side skirts instead of hte add on ones. i havent been able to find any clip on ones yet and i was wondering if any one knows where to get them. thanx alot

If i were you i would just have the body shop shave the skirts down so the door wont hit them when you open it ... Don't go with what the body shops says go with what you want its not there car its yours and your money!!!

me and my friend are putting my kit on ourselves. lemme tell you its a bitch, but it feels good once its done. now back to subject. i had the same exact problem with my skirts, but all we did was trim them down to make a good fit. if me and my friend can do it, ( we have no experience with this) and make it look good, i know that body shop should be able to do this even better. they just dont want to deal with the work that will be involved.
