cam timing

i need to know the procedure for setting the cam timing on a 95 2.3l quad four engine. I can't find a manual locallyand i'm kinda pressed for time. if you can help me I would appreciate it.

if it's a DOHC, it would take a lengthy description here, you'd be better off going to Advance or Auto-zone and take a peek in a Haynes manual.
