buying RR in 5 days, anyone have access to carfax?

Hey, i'm currently on my way to purchasing a 97 RR SE w/ 56k miles on it for $12,500. i've been looking for one for about six months not sure if I wanted a newer one with 90+k or go with a bit of an older one with less miles. i chose to go with the earlier model with less miles. is this a smart decision? also, i'm kinda skeptical about the low miles. i know the owner has owned it since 26000 mi and has just used it to and from his morgage firm. i had it inspected at a LR dealership and everything came out OK. the only thing is that autocheck came up with 14 events that the car was in. this seems like a lot to me. any input would be helpful. the vin # is salpv1246va364228 if anyone has carfax access. thanks
