Headlamps + Helms Manual
I was noticing that my headlights arent that great as far as stretching wide and being bright. I was wondering if anyone has tried those Xenon lights that are all the rage these days. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cg...832854&r=0&t=0 theres a link for ones that claim to only have a slight blue tint, because I definitely dont want blue headlights, I just want better working ones. If any of you guys have any experience with these things or suggestions, it'd be appreciated. Also, one of my headlight housings isnt flush with my corner lamps. It was replaced last year when I hit a deer and I was wondering if there is an easy way to bring it forward, because loosening the adjustment screw to extend it out just points the headlight into the ground. The bracket that the housing screws to shouldnt have been bent from the accident, so I dont see why it's set back 1/8" farther than the other side.
This is something a manual could tell me - which Helms should I buy? I'm figuring the service manual is the most in depth? Thanks guys.

I've got a set of xenon's in my rex, and they are a lot better than stock bulbs, they increased my visibility a ton, and I really like that light blueish look they have when they're on. And I suggest the Service Manual from Helms.

Part of the idea behind the Xenon bulbs are visibility. They have a bluish tint because yellow or white light is not necessarily the best for night time driving. Alot of people just want blue lights, but the reason that aftermarket fog lights typically don't come in white is because the different colored light reflect better off distant objects.

HID
The only way to reproduce the light you see on BMW's, Lexus, Mercedes etc... is to upgrade to a real Xenon kit such as a Philips HID kit, which will put out the same light output as the vehicles mentioned above..I have seen this kit on a new Accord and it looks great, just like a Lexus and thy're not to expensive, you can get a HID upgrade for about 500 bucks, but make sure it is done by a professional who knows what they are doing
