FS/FT 1992 Civic Si w/ F20B swap, Utah
Yep, I know its not a EF. Also, I am not sure if the pictures will show up over here, if not, I will fix it when i find out.
The car is located in Utah. It has a clean title, VIN upon request. I open to trades, but am looking to get a EK hatch. Here is a list of everything on the car: 1992 Civic Si 186,XXX miles on chassis 7,500 miles put on motor while in the car. 98' JDM F20B From the Accord SIR-t It is a quicker, higher revving motor than the h22a. (200 HP, 160 TQ) H23 non LSD tranny. Hotshot 4-1 Drag header (purchased used from someone off of honda tech) 2 1/4" crush bent piping, with test pipe. Dragunfire muffler Tokico Blues shocks Arospeed 800lb coilovers Skunk 2 upper STB "Vision" Amber Corners Projector headlights OEM foglights Piaa Bulbs GSR leather seats (front only) JUN chipped P28 ECU Viper Alarm Remote Keyless entry VIS Carbon fiber hood. ACT Stage 3,6 puck sprung clutch Clutch Specialties Lightened flywheel (12lbs) Center Consol Armrest Pioneer CD player 4 Alpine speakers Aluminum radiator Slimline fan Duckbill wing Brand X intake Skunk2 Stage 2 cams Have box and reciepts Skunk2 dual valve springs and retainers 93' Integra wheels AEM fuel rail AEM FPR B&M fuel pressure gauge The F20 motor was dropped in right about 179,XXX miles. At roughly 183,XXX miles, I pulled the motor to install the cams. At this time I replaced pretty much everything else. All parts are OEM Honda parts, and I have reciepts for those as well. Intake and exhaust manifold gaskets Valve cover, and spark plug port gaskets Head gasket Water pump Oil pump Front and rear main seals Balance shaft seal New timing belt tensioner Timing Belt Balance shaft belt Oil pan gasket Cam seals throttle body gasket OEM oil filter and Fuel filter Valve Seals I used OEM coolant, and I use fully synthetic Castrol oil. At this time I put in the new ACT clutch, and had the flywheel resurfaced. The axles were replaced with new axles as well. Front brakes and rotors were replaced All valves were reseated upon installation. Stock cams and valve springs can be included. I usually get anywhere from 260-300 miles to a tank. The alarm works fine, and locks the doors automatically upon starting the car. Both keypads work. Cruise control is also functional as well. There is no AC or power steering. Both dont bother me. I am sure they could be put back in if one wanted to. The car also has a clean title. The exhaust, with the silencer out, is somewhat loud, but sounds good. With the silencer in, you cannot tell there is an exhaust on the car, unless under full throttle, it buzzes. The bad- Overall, I feel this car is mechanically in awsome shape, and I would drive it anywhere. Bodywise, it is showing its age. Since the car came from california, I am going to blame the faded clearcoat on the sun. The only part that has sun fade, is on the roof of the car, and can be seen in the pictures. I am not sure how the front and rear bumpers were beat up. My guess is by careless parking. But the flaws can also be seen in the pictures. The driver side seat is starting to show some wear on the typical spot. The windshield is cracked, due to a nice rock thrown from a car on the freeway. There is not windshield trim, as I bought the car that way. The glass companies I have called said they can replace that, along with a new window. Asking price $6100 OBO Email with questions. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() More pictures available. Last edited by kris; 10-02-2004 at 05:35 PM. |
