Angry 92 GSi too much pressure

Was going down the road and noticed oil pressure dropped off. stopped at local gas station and popped the hood noticed oil dip stick was pushed out and up to the hood. need help on figuring this one out. any ideas??

anybody know where i can find piston rod bearings and possibly a crank for this little demon car of mine??

You need to replace the oil rings you are getting to much back presure in the motor ,had the same problem with mine
